Did you know? Catlin Design Build Renovate is registered with Tarion.  What does this mean for you?  It means that if you build a new home with Catlin, it would be eligible for statutory warranty coverage under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (ONHWP Act).  Catlin (the builder) would be responsible for the warranties but Tarion is there as a backstop, providing you with another layer of protection.
